For over 10 years, I have been in consultation with radio listeners to my broadcasts and I also spend many hours on the internet, providing free; and I hope, helpful advice to them. I have also researched with many wonderful health professionals who have helped me to compile the notes I send them. I am now sharing these papers with you all, so you too, can provide your customers, patients, friends and family with some simple, down to earth advice on how to get well.
The Natural Health industry claims to treat their customers holistically, but this is an elusive term. Consumers look for products to buy off the shelves or from the internet to cure their ills. Fantastic things can happen and a lot of money changes hands. What they spend can make them more comfortable with their symptoms but if the underlying cause has not been accurately identified it can become an expensive and futile pursuit.
Other factors also affect our health and need to be eliminated; for instance, parasites. How about some free advice that can really help you to find the underlying cause of misery? Nobody needs to pay for this! Run through the list of symptoms we have provided to indicate the presence of gluten intolerance. We generate these to the extent gluten is ingested, so why not stop all gluten, even for a month or so to get the real picture? Then see how things improve, especially if you d detoxify and take health products suited to your condition. Eating healthy therapeutic food suited to your blood type completes the story.
Gluten intolerance. People with Gluten intolerance are unable to digest gluten – a protein found in wheat, rye, barley and oats. Gluten is one of the most complex proteins we eat – and is therefore extremely difficult to digest. This is why babies first introduced to solid foods are not given wheat. A thin porridge of rice is recommended so that their tiny digestive tract can process it easily. Few babies can tolerate maize, oats, soya or cow’s milk either as it is in conflict with their inherited blood type status. Celiacs disease is when this protein actually attacks the lining of the small intestine causing damage that flattens out the tiny villi (finger-like protrusions which provide most of the surface area for nutrient absorption).
Sugar and carbohydrate addiction. It is not only gluten that makes us ill. Sugar and an excess of starchy foods (usually full of gluten) and greasy fries are well-known for their toxic effect. So much so, that your body goes into shock and tries to numb down a reaction to sudden onslaughts of pure sugar, gluten, chemicals and denatured starch. The drowsiness and fatigue that results is not only a reactive slump in blood sugar; it’s actually a form of narcosis. You make opioid chemicals similar to morphine whilst your body tries to cope. We get addicted to the drug-like effects of these opioids and thus crave more and more sugary, fatty and starchy snacks to top up the levels so the body can remain in toxic shock.
Remember that next time you feel tired and crave sugar: you are an addict to toxic food! Rather become addicted to endorphins, from healthy exercise! These foods do further harm by causing an inflammatory reaction in the body and stimulating the production of disruptive and fattening hormones like cortisone, estrogen and the real troublemaker: dihydrotestosterone (DHT) that causes prostate enlargement, male-type hair loss, adult acne and the current epidemic: polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) in females. These diseases originate from an overload of these toxic foods in your liver!
Prescription drugs versus herbs
There is also no point in taking dangerous prescription medicines whilst one reacts like this because of food intolerance and the presence of microbes and parasites that thrive on all the acidic, indigestible debris. So do cancer cells. Natural products, especially many herbal remedies act in the same way as prescription drugs and have to be respected for their pharmaceutically active components. Even ginger and cinnamon! They can be taken instead of many of the pharmaceutical drugs under the guidance of a sympathetic practitioner. But there is still little point in consuming foods that cause toxic reactions.
Trying to balance out health products, supplements and prescription medicines is very complicated when you are also reacting to food intolerances, parasites and nutritional deficiencies that cause acidity and inflammation. This explains the confusion and discomfort. It’s not really being holistic, is it? No! First remove the food aggravation, and then eliminate the toxins and parasites. Next you only eat foods that really agree with you and act therapeutically. Finally, you select the health products you can afford to address nutritional deficiencies. Caution: All these steps are going to affect prescription medications, causing either conflict or making them redundant.
It’s really up to you. Lazy people, obstinate and stubborn miseries who only rely on the pills they get on medical aid will not come right until they take these recommended steps. Never again do I want to hear people chewing greasy hamburgers at the other end of the telephone whilst they milk me for free advice on high blood pressure, obesity, asthma and acne and oh yes; infertility! Then they open a can of cola to wash down their cakes, biscuits and sweeties.
This research information is based on the latest trend towards nutritional healing. Although food, micronutrients and herbal remedies play a major part in your health regimen you must remember that you are the most important part of the process. Your attitude and the effort you take are what make you well. It also involves the co-operative interaction between a good patient and a good doctor.

A full checklist: symptoms of gluten intolerance. Everybody should use this before treatment begins.
Please note that a cluster of these symptoms indicates the need to eliminate all gluten: wheat, oats, rye, barley!
First get to the cause of the problem. There is no point in living with these conditions and eating gluten because you make it worse!
